You may reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show counts as one used session. If an emergency or exceptional circumstance prevents 24 hours’ notice, contact us; we review those situations individually. If treatment has not started and the person receiving treatment cancels, we’ll issue a full refund.
